Real Use Cases

Built for how groups actually travel.

See how different group trip leads use Waypoint to stay organized.

Saved hours of back-and-forth messaging

Normally I end up being the sole person updating the spreadsheet while everyone else asks me questions in WhatsApp. With Waypoint, everyone just added their own ideas directly onto the days.

Zero friction sharing for the group

Dragging activities between days until the timing made sense was so satisfying. The share link meant nobody had to sign up just to see the weekend schedule.

Best man planning a stag weekend

Clear daily cost visibility

Having budget totals recalculate instantly per day as we added meals and museum passes meant we never lost track of who spent what.
